Role Overview We are looking for a creative, highly motivated, and hands-on Manager (Marketing) to elevate our brand presence and independently execute key marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the VP – Business Development, you will lead end-to-end execution across events, content creation, social media management, brand design, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Events & Experiential Marketing: Independently plan,



manage, and execute corporate events, industry summits, and conferences end-to-end. Handle vendor management, venue negotiation, and stall design without third-party agency dependencies. Align event strategies with sales targets for lead generation.
Design & Content Execution: Design marketing collaterals, event assets, banners, and enterprise-focused content. Periodically revamp sales decks, case studies, articles, and pitch materials to keep them sharp and market-ready.
Brand & Social Media Management: Drive organic growth and thought-leadership positioning on platforms like LinkedIn for both organizational and leadership accounts. Maintain a structured content calendar.
Stakeholder Engagement: Formulate communication assets, update decks, and coordinate experiential touchpoints for investors and key corporate partners. Build initiatives to recognize enterprise partners and key decision-makers.
