Join us as a Transaction Management Analyst

We'll look to you to support the middle office for the Secondary Loan trading business covering loan closing activities
Acting as the liaison between front office and other support areas, you'll monitor workflow queues to ensure day one accuracy, and maintain the integrity of all underlying assets, trade bookings, structure maintenance, and appropriate reconciliations

What You'll Do

As a Transaction Management Analyst - Secondary Syndicated Loans, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of secondary loan trades, ensuring accurate validation, processing, settlement, and control of syndicated loan transactions executed by the trading desk. You will work closely with Front Office, Loan Operations, Agent Banks, and external counterparties to ensure timely trade capture, allocations, settlements, and exception resolution.

You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of trade economics across internal systems, managing trade events throughout the transaction lifecycle,



and ensuring all settlement obligations are met in line with market standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring key lifecycle events, including trade amendments, transfer agreements, funding movements, fee payments, and corporate actions associated with syndicated loan facilities.

You will act as a key point of contact for trade-related queries from Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, and external market participants, while supporting a robust control environment through reconciliations, reporting, and process governance.

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing settlement risk, and supporting the growth of the Secondary Syndicated Loan business.
