About the Company
Messina Madrid Global (“MMG”) is a global mobility platform focused on immigration strategy, visa pathways, and cross-border movement for individuals and businesses worldwide. MMG works with a curated network of partner lawyers across multiple jurisdictions to deliver coordinated, high-quality immigration solutions.

This role will primarily support Messina Madrid Global, with limited and targeted support for Messina Madrid Law, P.A., a Miami-based law firm, on related cross-border matters.

About the Role
As a Business/Corporate Lawyer, you will play a central role in managing MMG’s global lawyer partner network. Your work will focus on contracts, partner coordination, and structured research on immigration systems and visa categories worldwide. You will work closely with U.S.-based leadership and legal teams, gaining direct exposure to senior decision-makers and international partners.
The role is remote for now and is expected to transition to a hybrid mode over time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Draft, review, and manage contracts with global lawyer partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for international partner lawyers.
3. Handle ongoing communication, coordination, and issue resolution with partners.
4. Support onboarding, documentation, and operational compliance of partner law firms.
5. Research immigration laws, visa categories, and global mobility frameworks across major jurisdictions, including the U.S., U.K., E.U., Canada, the Middle East, and Asia.
6. Prepare internal research notes, jurisdictional comparisons, and client-facing summaries.
7. Track immigration law updates and regulatory changes relevant to global mobility.
8. Provide limited legal support to the U.S. law firm on cross-border and mobility-related matters.
