We are a growing brokerage and consulting firm expanding into the US market (Current Jersey), working across multiple industries, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and real estate. We are looking for professionals who can handle international communication, generate leads, and maintain structured data records with daily reporting.
Market: New Jersey, USA
Salary: Starting ₹25,000
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to businesses and individuals in the US
Generate and qualify leads across multiple industries
Perform market research and collect accurate data
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in Excel
Submit daily work reports (calls made, leads generated,



status updates)
Regularly update the team on progress and performance

Required Skills: Excellent English communication (mandatory)
Experience in international calling / telecalling
Strong lead generation and research ability
Good data handling and reporting discipline
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven

Preferred Profile: Experience in US process / BPO / sales
Ability to manage multiple industries and client types
