Adella Digital is hiring a Senior AI Creative Designer - remote, anywhere in India.

Adella Digital is a US company based in Cedar Park, Texas. We run growth programs for American brands: paid media, ecommerce and websites, email and lifecycle, SEO and content. Our India team operates under GulfStar, with a hub in Ahmedabad.

We're also building software. AdellaInsight is our AI-first marketing operating system, and Adella Creative Lab - currently in beta - is the part of it aimed squarely at this problem: creative teams design in one room, media teams spend in another, and the feedback loop between them barely exists. Creative Lab closes that loop by pulling historical ad performance and competitor creative through APIs, working out what has actually worked, and putting that in front of the designer before they start rather than after the campaign ends.

This role sits in both halves of that. You'll make the creative that runs on US client accounts, and you'll help shape the product we're building to change how that creative gets made.

What you'll own - client creative,



the majority of the role

Ad creative for US brands across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid channels: statics, carousels, short-form video and motion
- Volume with variation. Performance creative needs concepts tested at pace - several current concepts a week on active accounts, each with real variants rather than colour swaps
- Landing pages, email and lifecycle creative, and the occasional brand or campaign system
- Working from the media team's brief and from performance data: what's fatiguing, what hook is holding attention, what the next test should be
- Adapting brand systems for clients who arrive with a rigid style guide, and building one for those who don't
