Role Description This is a part time, remote User Experience Designer role. The User Experience Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces for RL tools, dashboards, and experimental platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, defining user journeys, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and refining visual design elements based on feedback.



The role involves translating complex technical concepts into accessible experiences for both technical and non-technical users, and collaborating with engineers and product managers to ensure usability and consistency. The designer will also contribute to UX standards and documentation to support ongoing product evolution.
Qualifications
Strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills to structure user-centered solutions and workflows.
Ability to plan and conduct User Research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights.
Proficiency in Visual Design, with experience in layout, typography, color, and design systems.
Hands-on experience with Prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design using modern design tools.
Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating with distributed teams.
Experience designing for technical or data-heavy products is beneficial; familiarity with AI or RL concepts is a plus.
