Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Technical Lead with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Microservices, Angular or React, and Microsoft SQL Server. The candidate should also have practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and solution design.

The role requires strong technical ownership, system-design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional Agile teams.

Must-Have Skills

8–10 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with C#,



.NET Core / .NET 6+, and .NET Framework 4.7.
Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, and Dependency Injection / Dependency Inversion.
Hands-on experience designing and developing .NET-based Microservices.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
Strong proficiency in Angular or React.
Good hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Robust experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance considerations.
Experience developing secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
Understanding of cloud platforms and containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools/workflows such as AI coding assistants, automated code generation, test generation, debugging, or code-quality enhancement.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
