Role Description This is a full time PLC Programmer role based in Chennai, offered in a hybrid model with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The PLC Programmer will design, develop, and test PLC programs for industrial automation projects, configure control logic, and integrate PLCs with field devices and HMI/SCADA systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and modifying ladder logic or function block diagrams,



commissioning systems at client sites, troubleshooting control issues, and optimizing existing programs for performance and reliability. The role involves preparing technical documentation, I/O lists, and wiring details, collaborating with project and design engineers, and providing support during installation, testing, and maintenance. The PLC Programmer will also interact with clients to understand requirements, participate in FAT/SAT activities, and ensure adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in PLC programming (e.g., ladder logic, function block, structured text) and experience with major PLC platforms (such as Siemens, mitsubishi ,omron,Delta,Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar).
