Appointing Strategical Dealers Pan India working along with the Branch Heads to Drive the Target Attainment and Consistency
To analyse dealer stock by monitoring the Sell in, Sell Through, and Sell out from the Channel
Manage Channel Conflicts and maintain Harmony in the channel
Maintaining MOP and Giving Critical Market Intelligence Data
Stock indent to the Factory and engage in Auto Replenishment
Have a control on the NMS and Deriving Strategy to Sell it in the Channel with Stipulated Time Frame
Having Ownership of the number for the Vertical and the Branches
