WHAT YOU’LL DO:

→ Build and own our overall marketing strategy ?
→ Turn “Nobody knows us” → “Everyone is talking about us”
→ Build our brand across Social, Content, Community & Performance
→ Develop campaigns that people actually remember
→ Find growth opportunities before competitors do ?
→ Turn product launches into marketing moments ?
→ Build distribution, not just content
→ Work with creators, influencers & communities
→ Track CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion, retention & growth — not just likes ?
→ Run experiments constantly
→ Kill what doesn’t work
→ Double down on what does
→ Build and manage the marketing team




→ Work directly with founders/product/sales to drive business growth
→ Basically… own the marketing engine.

WHAT WE NEED:

⚡ 3–6 years of experience in Marketing / Growth / Brand / Performance

⚡ Someone who understands brand + growth + distribution

⚡ Strong understanding of Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO, Influencer Marketing & GTM

⚡ Someone who can look at numbers and actually understand WHY they moved

⚡ Great copywriting + storytelling skills

⚡ Someone who knows that:

10M impressions ≠ 10M customers. ?

⚡ Someone obsessed with experimentation

⚡ Someone who can go from:

“Idea” → “Campaign” → “Launch” → “Analyse” → “Scale”

without needing 17 meetings. ?
