What would you do?

The Associate Manager THR supports end-to-end delivery of Talent & HR services for assigned client accounts, ensuring day-to-day operational stability, SLA adherence,



and high-quality service delivery across in-scope THR towers (Employee Services, Payroll admin,Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, Data & Reporting, and enabling HR operations).
The role works under the guidance of a Service Delivery Manager or Senior Manager and is accountable for managing defined process areas, teams, and client interactions within a global delivery model.
Skills Required
HR or THR operations and service delivery management
SLA or KPI tracking and operational governance
Team supervision and performance management
Client interaction and issue management
Key accountability includes managing daily operations, monitoring performance, handling escalations, supporting service governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
