Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and improvements.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with MATLAB.
Robust problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining application performance and reliability.
Ability to work with logs, debugging tools, and diagnostic utilities to identify root causes.
