The Learning Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing and leading day to day learning administration operations. This role ensures efficient delivery of learning services, adherence to SLAs, quality assurance,



and effective people coordination.
This role ensures productive delivery of learning services, adherence to SLAs, quality assurance, and effective people coordination. The role acts as a key point of contact between learners, stakeholders, vendors, and the learning delivery team, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in learning processes.
