Role Description The Lead Conversion & Client Relationship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves managing incoming leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into long-term clients through consistent follow-up and solution-focused communication.



The executive will handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, and ensure accurate information flow on orders, timelines, and customization requirements. Daily tasks include maintaining CRM or lead tracking records, scheduling client calls and visits, gathering feedback on delivered products, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the product range. The role also includes supporting basic documentation, assisting with payment follow-ups, and collaborating with management to improve client retention and sales processes.
