Brand & Content Lead - 1AM

I want someone who can shoot a reel on a phone and have people ask which camera we used.

That's the job, more or less. One person owning how 1AM looks, sounds and feels - the grid, the reels, the banners, the catalogue, the merch, the event setup. All of it yours.

We make cold coffee in a can. 100% Arabica, zero added sugar, and a lactose free range nobody else in this country is making. College vending machines, corporate floors, quick commerce, highway retail. September is wall to wall with campus events and the festive gifting run is right behind it.

Here's the part I actually care about. We're building a community around this brand, not a follower count, and there's a real difference between the two - you'll know it straight away if you've done it before. The people who drink 1AM are up late, working on something. I want them to feel like the brand belongs to them rather than to us. Bringing that to life is the whole mandate.

Day to day you'd decide what's worth shooting and then go and shoot it. At a fest, on a campus,



in the office, in a car park if that's where the light is. Cut your own reels. Post them. Sit in the comments and the DMs. Design the things people physically stand in front of - the stall, the banners, the t-shirt somebody actually keeps.

On craft, so there's no confusion. I want it to look like a crew made it and feel like a person made it. High craft, zero template. Nothing that could be another brand's post with our logo dropped into it. If you've ever quietly killed your own idea because it was loud rather than valuable, we'll get on.

We already have people making the long-form films and they're excellent, so I'm not hiring a filmmaker with a crew and a shoot day. I need a filmmaker's eye at phone speed. Four minutes at a fest, twelve usable seconds, up the same night.
