Role Overview

The role provides SAP S/4HANA ABAP development, integration support and technical AMS services, ensuring stable operations, fast incident and problem resolution, quality delivery of enhancements and continuous improvement across SAP product areas.

Key Responsibilities

Application support: Provide 2nd and/or 3rd level support by analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting incidents and problems across SAP S/4HANA applications and integrations.
Development delivery: Work within an agile development team to refine user stories, design technical solutions,



perform ABAP development, unit testing and support end-to-end validation of new features.
S/4HANA technical enhancements: Develop, enhance and maintain ABAP objects using OO ABAP, BAPI, CDS views and cloud-compliant development approaches aligned with clean-core principles.
Integration support: Analyze and support integration patterns including APIs, OData services and related interface dependencies in collaboration with functional, CPI, Basis and security teams.
Project ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned project deliverables across design, build, test, deployment, hypercare and transition to operations.
Problem and change management: Support root cause analysis, permanent corrective actions, approved changes, transports, release activities and operational documentation in line with ITSM standards.
Capability building: Guide, coach and train team members to build competencie
