Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves overseeing daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination for batteries and related power backup solutions. The person in this role will monitor website performance, analyze customer behavior, and optimize conversion rates and sales funnels. They will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute digital campaigns, manage marketplaces and online channels,



and ensure accurate and engaging content. The Ecommerce Manager will also track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to enhance revenue and customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with partners and customers.
Experience in sales and e-commerce operations, including managing product catalogs, pricing strategies, and online marketplaces.
Marketing skills to plan and execute online campaigns, optimize customer acquisition, and improve brand visibility.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and basic familiarity with SEO and digital advertising tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
