Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and networking. The role involves meeting prospective clients,



understanding their business needs, presenting Safemaxx’s solutions, and guiding them through the onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and tracking performance against targets. The executive will also support market research, participate in business events, and contribute to growth strategies that align with Safemaxx’s objectives.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying opportunities and building a qualified pipeline.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to manage client relationships, deliver value, and support long-term engagement.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
