Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant (Onsite / Mumbai) Experience: 6+ Years Location: Mumbai Work Mode: On-site – 4 Days/Week About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow to support a client engagement in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and the ServiceNow Platform , with particular strength in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM . Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform. Work extensively on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management implementations. Configure and maintain HAM and SAM capabilities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.



Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows/flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms. Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow technical issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, security, and performance guidelines. Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders. Participate in technical discussions, requirement workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and knowledge
