Position Overview:
The Travel Consultant - After-Hours Emergency Support is responsible for delivering high-quality travel assistance to corporate and leisure clients across international markets during non-business hours. As the primary point of contact, the consultant will manage complex travel requests, ticketing, schedule disruptions, exchanges, and emergency travel situations while ensuring compliance with airline policies and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for after-hours customer interactions across Business and Leisure travel.




- Manage domestic and international flight reservations using Sabre and Amadeus GDS platforms.
- Process ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, exchanges, and voluntary itinerary modifications.
- Handle Irregular Operations (IROPs) including cancellations, delays, schedule changes, and missed connections.
- Interpret airline fare rules, ADM guidelines, and BSP procedures to ensure accurate and compliant bookings.
- Prepare quotations, modify itineraries, and recommend the best travel solutions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, global suppliers, DMCs, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex travel cases efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, booking history, and follow-up actions within internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, productivity targets, and SLAs.
- Stay updated with airline regulations, fare policies, and industry best practices.
