- Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants. Furnish final GFC drawingsn
- End to end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF,CFO etc)n
- Support Liaison teamn
- All coordinating with the consultants as well and internal and external teams to collate data. To conduct on-site meetings and project consultant meetings and coordinate schedulen
- reviews.n
- To prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings.n
- Prepare/analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the samen
- To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completionn
- Creative thinking and a robust understanding of design trends in real estate Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience as Project Architect, handling end to end design development processn
