Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rourkela/Bangalore. This role is responsible for designing and producing motion graphics and video assets for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and brand content. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing visuals from briefs, creating storyboards, animating graphics,



editing short-form videos, and collaborating with the creative and performance marketing teams to deliver conversion-focused creatives. The Motion Graphic Designer will adapt and optimize content for different platforms, ensure brand consistency across all materials, and stay updated on design and animation trends to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated content.
Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and sound synchronization.
