Must-Have Skills • 5–7+ years of hands-on OpenText PPM / Kintana experience • Robust Bash / Ksh / Unix Shell scripting experience • PPM configuration and customization • Production troubleshooting / L3 support • Strong SQL / Oracle / PL/SQL knowledge • Linux / Unix administration • Application server / middleware knowledge • PPM upgrades, patches,
