Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor role (IIT & Professional Courses – Edtech Sales) based in Bengaluru South. The Academic Counsellor will guide prospective and existing students in choosing suitable IIT and professional courses, explaining program structures, learning outcomes, and career pathways. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads,



and supporting enrollment through consultative, needs-based discussions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of student interactions, collaborating with sales and academic teams, and meeting targets related to student conversions and course admissions. The Academic Counsellor will also participate in events, seminars, and workshops to promote programs and enhance learner engagement.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to help learners choose suitable academic and professional pathways.
