N n What you’ll be doing:
N Invoice Management:
N
- n
- Verify and process invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures. N
- Raise sales invoices for customers and intercompany transactions. N

n Reconciliation:
N
- n
- Perform vendor reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly. N
- Reconcile expenses to ensure accurate regional recharges and address variances proactively to avoid rejections. N

n ERP and Journal Entries:
N




- n
- Post journal entries and maintain accuracy in the ERP system. N
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconcile vendor/customer SOA (Statement of Account). N

n Reporting Support:
N
- n
- Assist accountants with ad hoc reporting and tasks as required. N

n️ Other Duties:

- Take on additional responsibilities aligned with company needs to support the team effectively. N

n n What We’re Looking For:
N Qualification:
N
- n
- Commerce graduate/CA IPCC/any other relevant qualification N

n n Work Experience:
N
- n
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting (preferably R2R). N

n n Skills:
N
- n
- ERP Expertise: Proficiency in posting purchase and sales invoices and managing journal entries. N
- Excel Wizardry: Advanced skills in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and more. N
- Reconciliation Pro: Experience in vendor/customer SOA reconciliation and financ
