NWe are hiring a Sales Manager to expand its presence in the building materials industry. The role involves generating recent business, developing customer relationships, and driving sales across the Mumbai region.
N n Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory. N
- Visit construction sites and meet engineers, architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors. N
- Present products and recommend suitable building material solutions. N
- Negotiate pricing and close profitable sales agreements. N
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. N
- Generate leads, maintain customer records, and submit daily sales reports. N

n n Candidate Requirements

- n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building material sales. N
- Experience in products such as fiber cement boards, gypsum boards, sandwich panels, tile adhesive, putty, pipes, marble, granite, stone, or ceramics. N
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. N
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for field sales activities. N
