N n Technical & Functional Skills
N - Mastery of KPI/KRA design, cascading logic, weightage models, and performance tracking.
N - Proficiency in strategyframeworks: BSC, OKR, MBO, SWOT, TOWS, Ansoff, BCG, GE Matrix, Porter's Five Forces.
N - Hands-on experience with PMS tools, ERP performance modules, or HRMS platforms.
N - Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint;
experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
N - Strong financial acumen– P&L; understanding, ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis.
N - Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC process improvement methodologies. Behavioural Competencies

N8-10 years in Business Strategy, Corporate Planning, or PMS

NIT industry exposure preferred
NMinimum 3 years of team/cross-functional leadership
