nKey Responsibilities:
NConduct welcome calls fornewly issued insurance policies
NAssist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups
NExplain policy advantages, premium, tenure, and terms & conditions
NResolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required
NMaintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
NDeliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity standards
NWhat We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred) N
- Experience in insurancetelecalling or BPO N
- Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills N
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools N
- Ability to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs N
