NKey Responsibilities:
N✅ Conduct welcome calls for newly issued insurance policies
N✅ Assist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups
N✅ Explain policy perks, premium, tenure, and terms & conditions
N✅ Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required
N✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
N✅ Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity standards
NWhat We're Looking For:
N✔ Excellent communicationskills in Hindi (English preferred)
N✔ Experience in insurancetelecalling or BPO
N✔ Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills
N✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
N✔ Ability to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
