Key Responsibilities
Broker Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and lending partners Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned broker accounts Build long-term partnerships through consistent communication, education,
and exceptional customer service Identify opportunities to expand existing broker relationships and generate new business Business Development
Prospect and onboard new mortgage broker partners Conduct outbound sales activities to increase loan volume and market share Present the company's loan products, pricing, and value proposition to prospective clients Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals Loan Scenario Support
Review and discuss loan scenarios with brokers to determine product eligibility Recommend appropriate loan programs based on borrower qualifications Provide guidance regarding underwriting guidelines, documentation requirements, and program overlays Partner with internal operations and underwriting teams to facilitate successful loan submissions Sales & Pipeline Management
Track broker activity and manage opportunities through the CRM system Follow up on outstanding loan opportunities and maintain consistent communication throughout the loan process Monitor market trends, interest rate
