Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing documentaries, podcasts, UGC ads, and social media videos, ensuring cohesive narratives and engaging visual flow. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding music and sound effects, applying basic color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics in line with brand guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with directors, content strategists,



and designers to refine concepts, maintain project timelines, and deliver assets optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and other social channels. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring close coordination with the production and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital platforms and long- and short-form content.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading with an understanding of visual tone, consistency, and basic color correction workflows.
Experience creating Motion Graphics and working with Graphics elements to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and give and receive constructive feedback.
