VaneXson Business Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive to help us identify new business opportunities, engage organisations, and build solid relationships with corporate decision makers and strategic partners.
We work across business strategy, AI, data, digital transformation, and business solutions, helping organisations solve problems, improve performance, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, meetings, and other channels.
• Engage with decision makers and build strong professional relationships.
• Understand client needs and identify relevant VaneXson solutions and opportunities.
• Arrange and support client meetings, presentations, proposals, and partnership discussions.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities throughout the business development process.
• Support corporate training,



workshops, and other business engagements.
• Maintain organised records of leads, conversations, opportunities, and follow ups.
• Track business development activities and provide regular updates.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in business development, sales, corporate relations, partnerships, client engagement, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Confidence communicating with professionals and business decision makers.
• Strong research, organisation, follow up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and understand business needs.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple opportunities remotely.
• Interest or experience in business solutions, consulting, technology, AI, data, or digital transformation is an advantage.
