Role Description The Insurance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Yamunanagar, responsible for supporting the growth and quality of PNB MetLife’s insurance business. This role includes explaining life insurance products, advantages, and terms to prospective and existing customers,



assessing customer needs, and recommending suitable coverage options. The Insurance Officer will handle policy servicing activities such as documentation, premium follow-up, and coordination with underwriting and operations teams to ensure timely issuance and resolution of customer requests. Day-to-day tasks also involve generating leads, supporting sales campaigns, maintaining accurate records in line with company and regulatory requirements, and delivering prompt, professional customer service. The role requires close collaboration with branch staff, sales teams, and bank partners to achieve business targets while upholding compliance and ethical standards.
