Roles & Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Dhekha branch • Lead the team of advisors and improve their performance • Acquire new clients and generate business • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure retention • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets • Follow regulatory and compliance guidelines • Grow the branch's presence and business in the local market

Desired Candidate Profile • Valuable understanding of financial products (mutual funds, insurance, investments) • Strong communication and leadership skills • Local market knowledge / network (Rewa or nearby cities) • Experience in team handling • Willing to relocate or make regular visits to the branch
