Job Overview

The Executive Vice President of Technology is responsible for leading the company’s global technology strategy, engineering organization, technology operations, digital innovation, and enterprise architecture. This executive role oversees the development, implementation, and optimization of technology platforms that support business growth, product innovation, operational excellence, and long-term competitiveness.

The EVP of Technology serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving enterprise-wide technology transformation while ensuring alignment between technology investments, business strategy, product development, cybersecurity, and digital innovation. This role collaborates closely with Product Management, R&D;, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate Strategy teams to accelerate innovation and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
I. Technology Strategy and Executive Leadership





Develop and execute the company's global technology strategy aligned with corporate vision and long-term business objectives.
Define enterprise technology roadmaps covering software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and digital platforms.
Provide strategic technology leadership to support business growth, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation.
Advise the CEO and executive leadership team on emerging technologies, technology investments, and innovation opportunities.

II. Technology Development and Engineering Management

Lead global software engineering, systems engineering, platform development, infrastructure engineering, and technical operations teams.
Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology solutions.
Establish engineering standards, development methodologies, architecture governance, and quality assurance processes.
Promote Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, and c
