Role Description:
The TPA Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Raj Hospitals in Ranchi.



This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Health Insurance Companies, Private and Government Banks and Insurance partners to increase patient footfall and cashless admission volumes. Day-to-day responsibilities include Daily Field Calls, Planning & Executing marketing activities, conducting market visits, coordinating with hospital departments for TPA-related processes, and ensuring accurate communication of hospital services with the prospective patient and referring sources.

The role involves tracking and reporting marketing performance, assisting with promotional campaigns, and supporting awareness programs, medical camps, and corporate outreach. The TPA Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the front office, billing, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless experience for TPA and insured patients.
