Data Science Lead – ML / Data Science / AI (BFSI)Experience:8 – 12 Yrs Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Data Science Lead with strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI solutions within the BFSI domain, preferably Life Insurance. The candidate should have evolved into a technical leadership role and be capable of leading multiple projects or large-scale AI programs. The role involves driving AI-led transformation acrossunderwriting, claims, customerexperience, fraud detection, and risk analytics. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for Life Insurance business use cases such as underwriting, claims automation, persistency, and fraud detection Manage and delivermultiple AI/ML projectsor 1–2 large-scale programs end-to-end Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance-specific requirements into data-driven solutions Drive solution architecture,
