Job Purpose: This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the legal structural framework of the organization by managing contracts, performing legal research, maintaining of MIS for ongoing cases, and providing due diligence for M&A; activities.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Transactions and Contracts

Contract Management

Draft, vet, and negotiate contract clauses, amendments, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), ensuring legal compliance and protection of the company’s interests.

Create standardized contract templates and forms to streamline the legal documentation process across the company.

Engage in ongoing evaluation and refinement of contract management tools and methodologies to enhance legal operations and compliance.

Advocate for best practices in contract negotiations, upholding the company's legal and business standards while effectively managing third-party
