This is not a typical internship.
We are looking for a highly driven, creative and entrepreneurial individual who wants to experience what it is like to own and drive a real business project across multiple functions.
As a Senior Project Manager Intern – Strategy & Operations, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, people, technology, product, marketing, finance and operations.
You will not be restricted to one department.
You will be expected to understand the entire project ecosystem, coordinate with multiple teams, identify bottlenecks, create execution plans, allocate resources, track budgets, solve problems and ensure that projects move from idea → strategy → execution → launch → improvement.
This role is best suited for someone who thinks like a project manager, strategist, coordinator and entrepreneur simultaneously.
? What You Will Work On
You will get exposure to and coordinate across multiple functions, including:
1. Project Strategy & Planning




Convert business ideas and objectives into actionable project plans.
Define project scope, priorities, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
Build project roadmaps and execution frameworks.
Identify dependencies, risks and potential bottlenecks.
Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
2. Cross-Functional Department Management
You will coordinate with multiple teams, including:
Human Resources (HR)
Talent Acquisition
Learning & Development (L&D;)
Operations
Technology / Tech
Product
UI/UX & Design
Digital Marketing
Social Media
Content & Creative
Finance & Budgeting
CSR / Social Impact
Your responsibility will be to ensure that different departments are working toward the same project objective and timeline.
