We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join us at an early stage and take ownership of building Rehabyte’s technology from the ground up.
This is a co-founder opportunity, not a conventional CTO employment role. You will work closely with the founder on product, technology, architecture, engineering, and the long-term technical direction of the company.
-What you’ll own
1. Define and build the technical architecture
2. Lead product engineering and technology development
3. Make key decisions around the technology stack and infrastructure
4. Build and eventually lead the engineering team
5. Translate the healthcare/product vision into scalable technology
6. Help shape Rehabyte’s technical strategy as the company grows

Robust software engineering and system architecture background
Comfortable building products from the ground up
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate in an early-stage environment
Strong product thinking, not just coding ability
Genuine interest in healthcare technology
Based in Bengaluru and able to work on-site
