You will be responsible for delivering outstanding client outcomes, building high-performing teams, and partnering with Solutions, Product, and AI teams to embed innovative solutions into client engagements. Key Responsibilities Client & Portfolio Leadership Serve as the executive sponsor for a portfolio of client engagements,



building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Drive strategic direction and business outcomes across marketing, analytics, experience, and creative engagements. Ensure portfolio health across delivery quality, client satisfaction, revenue retention, and growth. Lead governance, risk management, and executive reviews across the portfolio. AI & Transformation Leadership Define and drive the AI and technology transformation agenda across the portfolio. Partner with Solutions, Product, and AI teams to implement innovative solutions within client engagements. Champion AI-enabled workflows, automation, and scalable delivery practices that improve productivity, quality, and speed. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while driving adoption of current tools and operating models.
