Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and expanding MITRA’s customer base. This role involves conducting market research, meeting prospective clients, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales performance. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product,



and operations teams to refine offerings and align growth initiatives with business goals. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular in-person meetings and active engagement with local stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in driving revenue growth.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify new opportunities within the insurance or fintech domain.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and partners.
Proven capability in relationship building, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
