Job Description:
What are my responsibilities?

· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Software applications.
· Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.
· Work closely with developers to understand project requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
· Implement and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Playwright.
· Perform regression testing to validate fixes and enhancements.
· Prepare and present detailed test reports and documentation.
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Knowledge and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




· 6-8 years of test automation experience for on-premises and web applications.
· Strong knowledge of Playwright test automation tools for front and backend.
· Working experience in the programming language TypeScript.
· Experience with reusable components and Software Frameworks.
· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
· Knowledge in nonfunctional test automation using tools like Apache JMeter.
· Software testing certifications will have additional weightage.
· Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
· Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
