Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Manager (Vendor & Artist Acquisition) to drive the growth of our supply-side network. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding elite event vendors (decor, AV/light/sound, production, luxury catering) and top-tier artists (Emcees, live bands, celebrity performers, DJs) across Pan-India onto the LuxeVenue.ai platform.

Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Sourcing & Partner Onboarding
Market Mapping: Research, identify, and map high-end event vendors, production houses, AV suppliers, luxury caterers,



and decor agencies across major metro cities and destination event hubs.
Merchant Acquisition: Conduct outreach, pitch the LuxeVenue.ai ecosystem, and convert prospective vendors to join the platform.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all onboarded vendors meet 5-star industry standards, compliance requirements, and business documentation.

2. Artist & Talent Acquisition
Artist Outreach: Identify, engage, and onboard top Emcees, anchors, live bands, instrumentalists, DJs, and entertainment agencies.
Value Pitching: Pitch platform benefits including AI matching, priority corporate lead routing, escrow payment security, and subscription models.
Catalog Management: Ensure complete profile verification, portfolio/showreel uploads, and transparent commercial listing.

3. Commercial Negotiation & Contracting
Commission & Pricing Structuring: Pitch and close artists/vendors on tiered commission structures (10% to 30%) and platform subscription packag
