JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with robust exposure to the core manufacturing industry to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business objectives through effective people management and HR practices, on behalf of my client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for technical and non-technical positions.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Support HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Manage HR MIS, reporting, and HR dashboards.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.
- Partner with business and plant leadership on workforce-related matters.




- Support manpower planning and employee retention initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of HR operations in a core manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employee relations and grievance handling.
- Strong recruitment and manpower planning skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and HR reporting.
- Ability to work independently and handle a rapid-paced manufacturing setting.
QUALIFICATION
MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW / MA HR or equivalent qualification.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in core manufacturing.
- Currently based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune.
- Strong exposure to plant/manufacturing HR operations.
