Role Description The Sr. Tekla Modeller is a full-time, in office role based in Mysore,
responsible for developing detailed 3D models and fabrication-ready drawings for structural and miscellaneous steel projects using Tekla Structures. The role involves interpreting design and fabrication drawings, modeling connections and assemblies, and coordinating with engineers, detailers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with international standards. The Sr. Tekla Modeller reviews and validates shop drawings, reports, and material lists to support estimation, fabrication, and erection activities, while maintaining modeling best practices and project documentation. This position also guides junior modellers, contributes to workflow improvements, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to meet schedule, quality, and client requirements.
