Own the optimisation, configuration, and ongoing development of the Bank's core banking platform (Mambu), ensuring it effectively supports lending products, accounting processes, operational workflows, and system integrations. Act as the platform subject matter expert, driving continuous improvement, resolving platform and product issues, implementing best practices, supporting current product development,



and ensuring the platform remains aligned with business needs, regulatory requirements, and evolving platform capabilities. Mambu is the Bank's primary core banking platform for managing lending products, customer accounts, accounting events, and related operational processes.
