We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer-II to manage and optimize our hybrid IT ecosystem. This role focuses on maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations across our network and server environments.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support (60% of work): Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Act as the primary escalation point for complexend-user problems to ensure timely resolution. Manage endpoint configurations, software deployments, and security compliance on end-user devices.
and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). Execute patch management processes for systemsand endpoints using Microsoft Defender and ManageEngine Desktop Central. Manage data protection and disaster recoverystrategies using Veeam Backup & Replication. Administer the ManageEngine suite (Site24x7, NetFlowAnalyzer) for system monitoring and traffic analysis.
Network Administration: Manage enterprise networking using Cisco Meraki dashboard. Configure and maintainswitches, VLANs, and security policiesto ensure network connectivity and performance.
General IT Operations: Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and Defender administration. Provide technical supportand escalation management for complex infrastructure incidents. Perform infrastructure healthchecks, performance tuning,and security hardening tasks.
