Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role based in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales professional will focus on identifying and qualifying leads for US IT services, conducting outbound calls and emails,



and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The role includes preparing and delivering sales presentations, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to understand service offerings, and translating client requirements into viable solutions. Daily responsibilities involve maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking sales activities and progress, and meeting defined targets for lead generation, conversions, and revenue. The Inside Sales professional will collaborate closely with business development leadership, contribute to sales campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
Experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in IT services or technology solutions, with a solid understanding of US markets and clients.
Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and qualification activities, including use of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
