detail-oriented Accountant & Project Finance Executive

with 3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and project costing. The candidate should be proficient in

Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel , capable of independently managing accounting operations, and confident in coordinating with auditors, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries, ledgers, and financial records. Handle

GST and TDS compliance , including calculations, reconciliations, filings, and documentation. Perform

bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations . Prepare

MIS reports, financial reports, expense statements, and management reports . Track

project-wise costs, budgets, expenses, billing, receivables, and profitability .



Support project teams with cost monitoring, financial analysis, and budget tracking. Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor outstanding payments. Coordinate with

auditors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams . Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements. Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution and accurate financial records. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in

Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field . 3–5 years of relevant experience

in accounting/finance. Hands-on experience with

Tally ERP/Tally Prime . Strong understanding of

GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliations . Valuable knowledge of

MS Excel and MIS reporting . Experience with

project costing or project-based accounting

is preferred. Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good communication and coordination skil
